Camaro and Bike
I have a low profile, hidden hitch. Barely visible 1-1/4" black square, under the bumper.
And this Thule rack is the best I've ever owned. Comes on or off in seconds. Now when my wife and I take our bikes to local national parks and abroad, we don't have to take her truck. The rack is an Apex 4 Bike. I got it for 25% off at REI. They have a Thule sale several times a year. http://www.rei.com/product/831927/th...ike-hitch-rack http://i.imgur.com/gEQ9DmN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/HxAgOtt.jpg Here you can see that the hitch is almost undetectable. http://i.imgur.com/lZYDVUF.jpg I bought the hitch from and had it installed at a professional trailer/hitch place near me. About $230 out the door. Took them about an hour. This is the hitch: http://www.carid.com/2012-chevy-cama...s-4170653.html |
No dam way on my camaro.

You have got to be kidding me. I respect most people's decisions, but that is idiotic. Sorry!
|
I see no problem with that at all. It's a car. Use it!
|
That's correct. It's a car, not a bike holder!
|
There's someone on my route with a nice Silver Vert, that is hauling a trailer with his motorcycle on it! Have to get a pic of that one! Just as bad!

Not sure why all the hate, seems like he has a good setup, you guys act like we are driving million dollar bugattis.
Edit: Just saw they have a truck too, so edited my reply, but still I would rather take my Camaro than a truck on trips! And I have a 2010 F-150 as our second vehicle. A good bike rack will keep the car safe. |

If you need to haul a bike go for it.

People need to go back and learn of you don't have anything nice (or constructive) to say don't say it (or in this case post it). Ryan |
