From CAMARO5 HOMEPAGE:

GM Performance Part's all new LS9 Supercharger Package has been spotted! The leaked digital image below shows the new LS9 Supercharger Package, which can be installed on all LS engines with LS3 heads, including the motor in the Camaro SS. The LS9 Supercharger Package is powered by a Roots style supercharger and comes with upgraded intercooler kit, and gasket set.

The kit is not yet officially announced and is not yet on the GMP website, but LSXTV reports that the part # is 19244103 and is a live (orderable) part.

According to LSXTV, the LS9 Supercharger Package is already in stock and should be officially announced within the week. Expect no less than 650hp's with this kit, if combined with the correct drive system and LS9 internals.

* For L99 Camaro owners - this may be installed on your motors since the LS3 and L99 motors share the same heads. All you have to do is delete AFM and VVT (basically an LS3 conversion).

Pricing has been quoted at $7,500.

"These are the kind of things we live for at LSX TV. What you are looking at is a leaked digital image of General Motors Performance Parts' all-new LS9 Supercharger Package. Designed for ALL LS engines topped with LS3 heads, the LS9 Kit comes with the Roots-style supercharger, intercooler kit, and gasket set. While GMPP hasn't "officially" announced this package for the boost-loving LS-powered enthusiast, the part number PT# 19244103 is a LIVE part number; meaning you can contact your GMPP parts supplier and get a price quote today!

LS9 Supercharger Kits are already in stock and should be widely announced within one week. Our source within GMPP hints that this package - when paired with the correct drive system and LS9 internals - should produce no less than 650 horsepower! Again, details such as boost levels, price and the like are still under wraps. But for now, be aware that this kit is real and you too can have your own LS9-powered Camaro or retrofit your Corvette into an LS9.

This is something to get a look at, if nothing else :D I can't find anything on GMPP's site yet :( but I'm sure something will pop up soon; I probably missed it. If anyone has something to add, please feel free :D

I haven't been able to find any pricing yet.

I put the part number in and nothing came up at GM Performance Parts. They do sell the LS9 however as a complete engine assembly.

I've had one on my shelf for 6 months that I can't decide what to do with (LS9 version) :)

I wonder if this kit is actually from the LSA (for the next Z-28) or LS9 engine?

Good find thecamaroguy :bow: I'm fairly excited we have another option for FI through GMPP. If I could have any more confidence in a product over what I have for many of the sponsors here, it would be for GMPP; especially a kit that's been through the cycles and tests for production car status. I'm interested in seeing more details and believe, ultimately, there might be blowers that make more power, but that's not the biggest factor for me.

:w00t: stuff :clap::headbang::headbang::headbang:

I had heard of this news a while back that GM performance was coming out, but it was not clear which supercharger was going to be used. the LSA version (which is 1.9) or LS9 (which is the 2.3). That's what I was trying to confirm. But I guess, they ended up using the 2.3 (LS9) version.

For the LS3 only? Where's the love for the L99? :cry:

What's your guess for the price of this beast, 8 grand?

I'm guessing GM will provide a tune and a waranty with this.
