The tune question: The no tune version has a slightly more restricted airflow so you do not have to tune your Camaro after installing it. The tune version flows so heavily, you must apply a tune to your Camaro. The tune does not come built into the intake.

No trifecta tune required. Only one Vararam Intake is available for the 3.6L which is the No Tune version. Vararam only offers the "Tune" and No Tune Version for the 6.2L V8.

For the V6 3.6L Vararam there is only one option available which is the no tune version.

Vararam Guarantees gains of 3 tenths or 3 mph through the 1/4 mile. 1/2 second gains on 0-60mph times so I would assume this is at the wheels. We do not have a definite answer, but ask any owner and they seem to very content with the system.
