New (to me) 2011 Convertible Owner
Just wanted to introduce myself. Owned a 1996 Camaro Z28, back when I was single :). Currently own and drive a 2012 Chevy Sonic, 1976 Corvette, and 1976 Chevy Monza. Been a chevy guy all my life. :)
Just purchased a 2011 Camaro Convertible V6. Its the wife's car :D. Anyway, one quick question, how many 2011 Convertibles came with no rear spoiler? Mine has the AM/FM antenna on the trunk and no spoiler. Can I just install any spoiler, or does it have to be a convertible spoiler? Thanks, Ken |
Welcome to the forum!
I don't know how many came without spoilers, I take it that you have a LT non RS car. What does your am-fm antenna look like? |

I think a high wing spoiler would look good on that car.
But I don't know if it would fit with the antenna. |
I was thinking flat black convertible spoiler and black hockey puck stripes from SLP on the sides.

Congrats!!!
If the vert came with a factory spoiler, the antenna is under the spoiler itself. Since yours does not have one, you have the whip antenna. If you are going to leave the whip, you can add almost any spoiler you want as long as it does not interfere with the antenna. |
Congrats on the car!
I have to say it looks naked without the spoiler, but kind of cool because you don't see any like that. |
welcome and Congrats! that's crazy I never knew they came with a different antenna and no spoiler on the convertibles.
