Cincy Speed, #2 5th Gen Qualifier!

After a week of 2-3am late nights, and a couple runs at the LSx Shoot-out, we got Jason's (jrpxii) Camaro running 10.4's at 136 mph!
Of course being the 1st time at the track with it, we knew we would face some "Gremlins" The biggest, or should I say the HEAVIEST issue...the Camaro with driver, tipped the scales @ 4400LBS!!!

Hopefully we have time this year to get the Gremlins ironed out so that we can get this 2 ton Heffer down the 1/4 mile in UNDER 10 seconds.

A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Jason Parker who came to us with a goal in mind and knew enough to allow us to get him there.
Also, my guys in the shop, their sacrifice is very well appreciated and I would put them up there with ANYONE in the country!!

Thanks guys!!

Was definitely an awesome weekend that has been long time coming, but there is still a LONG road ahead to get to my goal with this car and we are definitely on the right track to get there. A huge thanks goes out to Cincy Speed as these guys take as much pride in my car as I do myself and the reason they are the shop for my car.

Very nice and consistent. You will have it below 10 in no time... :w00t:

It was nice seeing Cincy Speeds projects on the track this weekend. Between your car, and Andrew's car, Cincy had a real strong showing for the 5th gens.

Bogarts all the way not sure the combo but I think it's 17"'s front and 16"'s in the rear but J will have to clear that up!!!!!

J awesome runs for the first time out with this beast I think you should post some build pics in this thread so people not in the know can see more of your beast!!!

J-

A BIG Congratulations in getting your beast back on the track. The adrenaline must have been pumping along with the big smile !!!:D

It will take a while to get everything dialed in, but you are already solidly in the 10's so the 9's won't be too far away. ...And damn - you should have been a bracket car this weekend - 10.44, 10.44, 10.43. Wow !!!

Once again - great job and glad you are enjoying Inferno again !!

Thanks everyone. Considering the meth system is messed up and the converter is wrong and gearing is off and only 18psi, it is only going to get better from here.

Which gearing did you go with and what do you think you want to change to ?
