tranny wine

Ok so I have noticed a wine sound coming from under my car. It does not change with different engine speeds just the faster the car goes the louder it gets. I know its in the tranny and not the rear end cause when I have the car in 5th you can really hear it throught the stick. If i keep it in 5th and push on the shifter to the right its twice as loud and you can feel it through the shifter. It does the time in 3rd and 6th but not as bad. I have the hurst shifter in it so I put my stock one back in just to see if it would lower the sound down and it did a bit but it came back to the same as with the hurst shifter. I put the hurst back in and its so damn anoying!!! I check the fluid and its good. I have Royal Purple in it. I just changed the fluid about 3k miles ago. I also had Royal Purple in it as well.

Is the noise still present in 4th? If so, it has to be a bearing. Take it to a dealer soon!

you can hear it in all the gears. I took it up day and they said its normal it just my shifter thats making it louder. I told them it just started. I had them give me paper work on it stating i was in there with a complaint about the tranny and I was told its good. So im going to drive it untill to blows apart
