This Northwest weather...

I moved to Portland a few years ago from New York. I know New York doesn't have the best weather but damn, it's June and the weather here in the Northwest is really not co-operating. My car is my DD so every time I wash my car/wax on a good day it rains the next. When is this nightmare going to end! :mad0259:

Rain, What Rain?
That's liquid sunshine. :sm0:
May through mid October are usually the best months. But this year... Global Warming sure hasn't come to the Pacific Northwest.
My car is still in the garage. Gettin' flat spots.:mad0259:

Seriously, the weather this year has been a little rainer during spring than usual.

As far as summers go, the weather here blows away ANY other place in the U.S. It's usually in the mid-80's, clear and NO humidity.

Yes this spring has been wet, but are winter was dryer then average years.. The weather for the most part should come around by end of June I hope.. I feel lucky that are 2010 is not a DD.. If anyone asks out of state you don't want to live in the PNW it rains all the time. ;)

Statistically speaking New York and Boston get more annual rainfall. However, the sun tends to hide more up here. I'm originally from DF/W and love the cooler/wetter climate. There is a reason why WA is called the Evergreen state.

Things could be worse...we could live in the rainforest on the Olympic Penninsula and get 130+ inches of rain a year!

Bad news here in San Diego, the weatherman told us to get ready for a heat wave this week-end. 80+ but great beach weather, and a good excuse to have another cold beeeeeeer!!!!!.:drinking:
