Thought that one of you inmates may be looking for a near perfect 45th anniversary edition with low miles.

I'm at Northstar Chevy in Moon Twp. Pa getting my oil changed and I see that they have a 45th anniversary car with 1726 miles on it for sale. Manual transmission and tinted Windows. Looks like brand new, very light swirl in the clear but essentially like prefect inside and out.

My favorite salesman is an old dude named Po here. He's a great dude that has sold my wife and I a few cars. Call the dealer at 724-264-3325.

Five grand more than I paid for my 2LT, brand new. I still maintain that the difference in power isn't worth it until you get to the ZL1.

See what I did with this thread. Bad Crateish, Bad!

From 323 to 426 hp for 5 grand asking, meaning otd is 2500 lower ish, so for 2500, where can you buy 100 hp warranteed for your v-6? Plus the collectibility is much higher on an anniversary as there are only 2k anniversary manual 2ss made. How many v-6 Camaros are out there? Hundreds of thousands. Meaning value will diminish much faster and harder because it isn't unique.

Not to mention you go from 280lb/ft torque to over 400. For about $5k or less OTD. I paid $38k OTD for mine right off the delivery truck. That's only $8k or less more than his 2lt went for. Totally worth it for me. More so than paying an extra $20k for a zl1 from an ss on the "worth it" scale.... Not saying that isn't worth it. And definitely not saying there's anything wrong with the v6 camaro. At all. Just replying to crateish's comment and saying v6-v8 for a couple grand more is worth it if you can swing it.

Po! What an awesome guy...he sold me my 45th. When I bought mine, there were two identical 2SS M6 45th Camaros sitting right next to each other. I basically just did an eany-meany-miney-mo. That's probably the other one! :)

I wasn't trying to be mean, just listing factually that there are arguments to the contrary. Bang for buck.

Ya, Po sold me my Cruze, my son his Blazer and my wife her 13 Malibu. He's a great guy for sure!

Thanks for the info OP.

Why is everything v6 vs. v8? I have both and like both for different reasons. Buy what you like and keep opinions quiet unless asked for.

FYI, as of Wednesday, June 5 this car is still there!
