Dumb question (sorry in advance) Hurst Shifter
 

Hi -

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what exactly is the different between the standard shifter, and a Hurst Shifter?

My 1998 Firebird Formula had a standard shifter (got I loved that car) and my O2 Trans Am had a Hurst Shifter. The only thing I remember different is that the Hurst Shifter had an H on it....

Please someone give to me some edumacation!
