Why wasn't there any helicopters? That was always the first thing they sent out on me.

his pursuit level isn't high enough. more damage and a longer pursuit = more agressive cops.
man i miss playing that game now haha. i let some of the guys play it one night and they got all my top cars impounded :cry:
