does LH and RH mean...

I'm gonna attempt to do the fog lights install again tomorrow but if the lamp says LH does that mean drivers side ?

Yes, Left is drivers side. Right is passengers.

When referring to left and right, always look at them like you sitting in the drivers seat.

yes thats left hand and right hand and is used in mechanical terms for a lot of parts on vehicles
