How hard would it be to swap 1LE brakes on my SS?

I'm looking at buying the full 1LE brake setup with the spindles, rotors, calipers etc.

How much spring tension is there on the struts front and rear? I was all ready to do the swap but now I'm beginning to worry about it.

Is it just popping off the knuckles at the bottom of the spindle on the fronts? Using a floor jack to support the lower control arm and just unbolting and transferring the 1LE stuff over to the strut?

On the rears; It appears you remove the nut on the rear hub and slide it out or is the hub attached using a C-clip?

I'm a little lost on the rears but the fronts seem pretty straightforward.

Excuse my ignorance, but aren't the 1LE brakes just SS brakes powder coated red?

Same but red calipers and HD bearings.

And I believe the HD bearings in the rear require a different axle shaft. Honestly, I would just swap everything but the knuckles and bearings over. Don't really see a need for the HD bearings unless your tracking your car HARD. You can also swap the bearings over without touching your knuckles. Then you don't need to pay for an alignment.

The axle shaft are the same where they meet the brakes and diff, its the CV that is biger in the axle shaft's.
