Stevenson Motorsports @ Watkins Glen in August

Just as a heads up to all the Grand Am Series race is the same weekend as the NASCAR race at Watkin's Glen, which means that the Stevenson Motorsports team and other's will be there. Once again I'm trying to set up a meet and greet as a fan appreciation for the Stevenson team. I'm looking to go both the 6th and 7th to the race. If anyone would care to join me feel free to get in touch with me and we'll set something up.

I'm not sure if they will be but I'm on my way back to the track here in a moment. To take pictures and video of the race event. I do have some videos already but can't seem to embed them to these pages any help with this issue?

Hello all camaro racing, and Stevenson Motorsports fans well there were triumphs and unexpected break downs during tonights Crown Royal 200 at Watkins Glen. The #57 car held second place for a long duration of the race. 20 minutes left in the race tragedy struck the #57 car, it began to loose oil pressure, typically your oil pressure is around 40psi for the #57 car it dropped to only 10psi, moments later only 2psi, the result was a thrown rod. On a lighter note #97 Camaro started out at 8th position and first the race winning 5th place. Congrats to the entire Stevenson Team for a fanastic run. Good luck in Canada!!

I saw about half of the race today on TV. Talk about bad luck! The Stevenson team just can't get a break. I figured the 57 would have at least placed in the top 3 by the way it was sticking to the lead car. At least it didn't get spun out by a Mazda.

Aaaaagh!! It was a death blow alright. I was cheering them on as the #57 was looking strong... then looking dead  It hurt so bad, I went to the bar for some cool beverages. But the #97 did look pretty good!!
