Snow tires

Just to start my car will be parked in the winter but I was wondering if anyone that was buying snow tires had considered getting them for just the rear to keep costs down? :rolling5thgen:

Never considered it - I'd think the front summer tires would slip/slide with no grip as they're pushed by the rear tires - especially dangerous on turns or curves.

I went with 4 20" Bridgestone Blizzaks on new rims, dealer will store my Pirellis/RS rims for the winter.

Don't try putting snow on just the rear... MOVING means nothing if you can't steer. ;)

You need to put four snow tires on the Camaro. The snow tires in the rear are not as wide as the stock front tires. So you cannot have wider tires in the front. Put all four on and get traction in the rear and better steering in the front.
