Booked in for some Goodies..

Well, I lasted 8 months with cosmetic mods only, (apart from a Rotofab CAI), but she'll be going in to Matt & Rodney @ FSP in Florida for some power adders in the next few weeks...

She'll come out with the following installed:

Pfadt Tri-Y Stainless Steel Headers
Rotofab CAI
Metco Motorsports 2.50" Supercharger Pulley
Heavy Duty Solid Isolator Coupling
Gates 65.3" Supercharger Belt - Green Stripe HD
SLP 160 Degree Thermostat
FSP ATI ZL1 Super Damper Kit
- Includes Serpentine 8_Rib Belt
- Includes 10% OD Balancer Pulley
ID850 Injectors
Custom Dyno Tune

What should I be hoping for power wise with the above do we think? It's a Manual Transmission.

I was tempted to add a Blower Cam to the mix too but opted against it for now, and besides, it gives me something to go back for!! :headbang:

It's close to my build except I did a cam and valve springs. Mine dyno'd 632 rwhp 620 rwtq. I'd guess 600 rwhp at least

I don't know, excited for you, can't wait for you to get back to us with dyno and pics, maybe a 1/4 mile video

Well I had it on a Dynojet with just the Rotofab and it made 526rwhp and 510ft/lb Torque, but FSP have a Mustang Dyno and they read lower than the Dynojets, so yeah I'm hoping at least 600rwhp....but we'll see! :)

Well I've never been on a 1/4 mile in my life so it wouldn't be pretty  - I'm planning to take it out before I have it in to the shop though just to see what it put's down (even with my skill level), and then when I get it back I'll take it out again and see how much quicker it is!

Mine baselined 502rwhp 508rwtq completely stock. I don't think our dyno results are corrected for altitude and my car is only tuned for 91 octane gas. No sure what the altitude is in Calgary Alberta but its at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains Dyno was a dynojet.

I just googled it. The altitude is 3550ft above sea level

Well I'm in Florida at sea-level, and running 93 Octane, so that will maybe make a little bit of a difference at least, although FI cars are not as affected by altitude I don't think? :iono:

The heat/humidity is an issue here in FL though.

Either way, I know she's going to be a handful when I get her back! :headbang:

My mod list looks very similar, except I'm not doing the lower pulley or a cold air intake right now! Waiting on CAI to finish up with theirs! I decided to go ahead with the cam kit and a high volume oil pump! We're thinking around 650 to the wheels! Should be finished up by the first of July.... Will post dyno chart and video as soon as possible! I would guess you should be about 620 to the wheels!

I see you've added injectors to the build list since I saw you. I thought you were getting American racing headers coated?

Added ID850 injectors and the 10% Overdrive Pulley - was thinking Blower Cam too but that is the next mod down the line

I had originally ordered the ARH coated headers with X-Pipe - but that was before Pfadt posted that their Tri-Y headers were coming out - as soon as I saw that and read about how well rated they are on the Corvette I decided to change to the Pfadt ones - the extra bonus being that the Belly Pan doesn't need to be cut
