New Garage
 

My new garage started 2 weeks ago today it's 40 X 70 with a 40 X 16 covered patio and a 12 foot ceiling, the concrete floors were finished today. The new garage is attached to my older 30 X 70 shop with a 20 X 20 living area that will have a full bathroom. I'm going to need a lot more work benches and cabinets.

4.5 flat acres in the middle of nowhere 6 miles from town, I love it. I drove the well myself in an hour or so for about $130.00, 17 feet deep and have 7 feet of water.

They finished the concrete and interior walls, I still need ceiling insulation, garage doors, gutters, and downspouts after that its all up to me I have to do the electrical and plumbing.

I finally have a working bathroom and lights, it seems like all of my time is used putting workbenches and cabinets together. Last Saturday I set up my 4 post lift with the help of my neighbor.

Looking good. I wish that I had half that space and I'd be joyous.

Excellent choice on the lift, I've had my BYB for 20 years with no problems...oh, the building is awesome also.
