Borla S Type owners....
Do you get much decel popping with this Cat Back? I watched videos, but I want to ask some real world owners!
I havent had the opportunity to hear the set up in person... |

You will always get decel popping on the LS3, it is part of our fuel management system (to save fuel). It can be tune-out but at the cost of 2 or so mpg. |

Not a big deal, great setup...incredible tone.
There is some its not bad though. The overall tone is incredible! match it up with a nice intake and you will be very happy with it.

I just received my S-type yesterday. It's killing me having to let them sit in my garage untouched while I wait for my Kooks headers to show up.
I have the Cat Back S-Type on a Auto ,sounds great with out the popping.
I have the S-Type cat back with Kooks catted long tubes and Rotofab CAI - I have the same amount of popping that I did before the mods. Could have tuned it out, but I'm fine with it, I just take it out of gear if I don't want to hear it.
I also have the Cat Back S-Type on a Auto with a K&N Typhoon CAI, Love it!!!
I have Kooks headers,high-flow cats, and the S-type cat back but I have had the decel popping tuned out a long time ago. The system sounds great but I think it would have sounded like crap with that annoying popping.
