Detroit photo shoot with my Camaro

It had been discussed on Camaro5 about the lack of Camaro photos in downtown Detroit. I have been wanting to change that and today (1-6-2012) was a good day to do that. I had been posting that I was going to stop downtown and take some photos before the Detroit Gen 5 Club meeting. Sam asked if she could join me for this rare opportunity. Of course she can. We had a BLAST taking these today. ENJOY. Note: Just so happens our two Camaro's are the colors of our beloved TIGERS.

Very cool! Nice shots!

Now all you need is some very larger reflectors or big flash to lighten up some of the harsh shadows.... LOL

Good location choices for the pics. Didn't know there was a Detroit Gen5 club. I'll have to look into it and perhaps bring mine for the next meeting? Thanks for sharing!

Thank - you. I took over 120 photos in 2 hours. Sam took over 220 photos in 90 minutes. She just got her Camera and was shooting everything.

Thank - you, It truly is a GREAT city, just old and lost so much do to everything banking on the automotive industry.

Great pics! Too bad I just found the Detroit club and another bummer, my Dad retired from the Tigers, a few years ago. If the timing had worked out, I could have had your car inside, on the field. I used to drive my Astro van all over Tiger stadium, including the field, on the off season after I got my drivers license. (granted that was over 16 years ago) I got some pics I'll try to upload. Wouldn't have been a problem, seeing that everytime I visited Coamerica park in the off season, it was a ghost town. Even turning the ball park lights on probably would've been a go too. oh well, wishful think now.

Really nice pics. Whos would have thought we would have this kind of weather this time of year in Michigan. I'm fine with no snow the rest of the year... atleast down here.
