CEL On and then Dissappears. WTF?

When I put key in and turn in twice (do not start the car yet) check engine light appears. When I actually start the car (engine) light disappears. Just had my car serviced yesterday, but noticed that thing later in the evening. Do you think I should be worried?

I have a similar problem, if i turn the key but don't start it the gas peddle doesn't do anything
