Houston - Modern Muscle Cruises/Meets?
 

Would anyone be down for a car cruises or meet and greets? I think it'd be awesome to have the big 3 pony cars cruising together or in a lot side by side, the muscle car era revisited. Night cruising, summer caravan to Galveston, Scaring the ricers at the local parking lot?

I have yet to see an SS in person and wouldn't mind taking a good look at one. Been mostly cruising along side my buddy in his built up LS1, though I don't have anything on his car (maybe one ton), but its all for fun. Take it easy on my led sled, it has feelings too :)

Would love to when I get my 2ss/rs/blk/blk/silver rallies/gfx/man/pollished 20s in about a month unless a miracle happens.

I'd be down for a cruise to Galveston or somewhere fun. I've got a good group of friends and we pretty much cover everything between us (10 Camaro, 07 or 08 GTO, 08 Shelby 500, 08 Charger SRT). I might be able to get a couple of them to come along if something actually gets set up.

Well I'll be out of town this weekend but usually free Saturdays after that. Lets see if we can get some more people onboard.

I should take delivery this Saturday and would be interested, especially the trip to Galveston. I am in town this weekend, but travel out of state every other weekend. Let me know when the time is right !!

Just a suggestion, I was in galveston 2 weeks ago and traffic looked horrible heading into the island around 2-3 pm. I would head into the island around 10 or 11 am. Get there around noon and hit up "The Spot" for some burgers. It's on the seawall and the food is awesome. And best of all theres a gas station thats out of business right next door that makes for excellent parking. We got there around noon and I was the only one parked there, but by the time we left it was full of bikes.

I asked the challenger guys if they'd be down for meeting at 10:30am. Try to be in Galveston by lunch. Eat and hangout and be on our way out around 2pm or so.

Since commenting on June 11th I was invited to an inaugural Camaro Houston Club meeting on the 27th just 2 days ago and agreed. So I will have to pass this time. Keep me in mind as I would like to join the caravan in the future.
