DANG, cant a guy have a LITTLE fun?
i guess i just got tired of hearing about ABL. to me, the short stripes have a MUCH bigger visual distraction than ABL. I do intend to go aftermarket... but would much rather have REAL STRIPES on my window sticker. i love this car, just had to vent and try to see if anyone would buy that someone didnt know what SS was. |

The "SS" moniker was introduced by Chevrolet in the early '60's with the Nova, Chevelle Malibu, Impala and ultimately the Camaro. The Super Sport option generally added engine chrome, special wheels or wheel covers and tires, suspension, bucket seats and a console, whether automaic or manual (although not always). Initially you could get a 6 cyl engine in an SS but later the SS was relegated to only V8's, whether big or small block.
