Where to test drive in Charlote NC
 

Hi Guys,

I went into a Chevy dealer here in Charlotte hoping to test drive a Camaro but they said they didn't have anything they could let me drive and said i could be up to 10 months before they do.

Has anyone found anywhere in the Charlotte area that has a Camaro v6 to test drive?

I won't buy till I've tested one!

I test drove at City Chevrolet, my salesman is no longer there and I got a new one. My original slaesman called me when they had one because wanted to check out the sunroof. Not sure how willing they are to let a non preorder person drive but they should. New salesman is Adrian Drayton you can ask for him if you want, I haven't met him perosnally yet just talked to him through email and voicemail. As far as i know its still there it was a yellow V6 and earlier this week they were parking in front of the dealership. Stay away form Steve Moore on south blvd, bunch of idiots in there. City does have over msrp on on their lot cars last i checked they had 3 V6's but they are doing and delivering all preorders for MSRP. If you talk to Adrian tell him Jesse Rushing sent you, I'm sure it can't hurt even if your only looking to drive, another member on here also has him as their salesman.

My salesman for my last two cars was Joe Ayers(pronounced Airs), not trying to push another salesguy but he is a good one, if he is still there. If you happen to speak with him tell him a young guy who got a red cobalt LS and than traded for a yellow cobalt SS said hey, name is Chris Beams.

But yea, City is a decent place when it comes to sales, service is kinda iffy but its like that everywhere.

You won't be dissapointed.

I'm sure i won't be but after driving a v6 mustang and being very dissaopinted to driving a BMW 128i and loving it i hope the Camaro drives better than the BMW 128i, and i don't just mean power.
