AEM CAI Question

Thinking about picking up the AEM cai. Does anyone have it in florida and how close to the road/elements does it get? Would the filter get soaked during one of our many rainy days while driving or will it be ok? It's my daily so I don't want it to ruin anything if I drive it in the rain...

Have not heard of this one. Maybe post a link or a pic.
How does it differ from the other exposed CAI's like the RotoFab? - for which there is no issue with rain.

It's this one. The tube bends into the fender well where the filter sits.

From the instructions on the link, it looks like it may be a bit more exposed to the elements than the more better know CAI's. Not a bad idea but I'm good with the RotoFab I have on mine.
