We don't know if this will change anything, but we have to step up and be heard,
it's OUR democratic right.

More than likely not sure how your tests are performed.
This is for vehicles five years and older and the test is done every two years. If your car fails you cannot renew your license plate sticker.

When this program came out decades ago, the emissions were measured through the tailpipe. Since January, they now measure emissions by hooking up the machine to the car's computer. The new test has caused so many problems and false failed readings.
