How are your tires holding up?

Well, I'm almost at 3k miles and I looked at my tires last night, and I'm pleasently surprised to see that there really isn't any tread wear just yet.
Now I know that there some of you that like to get on it and do a few burn outs, but I'm talking about is just normal everyday driving.

I saw that some people were saying that the tread life was only going to be around 6 to 10k miles before you need to replace them.

What do you guys think? Just normal driving, no racing applications or burn outs, what do you think will be the average tread life on our tires?

Any updates on how well the stock ZL1 tires are wearing? Anyone out there with the original tires with more than 10,000?

I have 11000 miles and they are wore out , but i did alot of racing with them

I'm at 7800 miles and they seem to be good so far. Done some AutoX and drag racing on them too.

I've had mine for 3 years now. It's a daily driver and I'm pushing 60,000 miles on the original Pirelli's. I'm about to replace them next week.

Since you like to road race, what are you going to use to replace them, or are you going with the Goodyears again? I was thinking about the NT05's, know anything about those. I am looking for something a little better for the road course, not to concerned about drag racing.

WOW ... That's incredible for a set of Pirelli's, I'm looking to replace mine with only 20K on them. FYI this thread was about the ZL1 and not the SS though.

How well do the super sports hook in your experience (street and/or strip)?

13k and mine are toast. ive been easy on the back ones not doing many burnouts so my fronts seem to be wearing worse

So you got 13K miles out of them. Would you say even wear? Would they still pass a state inspection?

There are no inspections in Florida, which isn't all that good for getting the junkers off the road.
