Am I greedy???
 

Am I greedy to want to keep my ZL1 and add a Z/28 to the stable? I need help formulating a good reason I need both for the wife.

Do you earn the money? Are the bills paid? Does she get to buy herself nice stuff? Are there any important things that the money could be better spent on?

If the answer to those questions is yes, then I see no reason you can't keep the ZL1 and buy a Z/28.

She is a stay at home mom (I have two kids in middle school and two in college) and she is really awesome about these kind of things normally but after 23 years of marriage....this might be pushing it. I can hear it now..."I thought the ZL1 was supposed to be the ultimate Camaro" or "you can only drive one car at a time." So, I am going to have to get creative.

Tell her you want to do a private test of the two cars on a track, but take her along, and I'm sure after riding in both...you'll have all the evidence you need lol

Makes no sense man, your better off with a C7 or a new Cadillac CTS Vsport or current gen 4 door V in addition to a Z/28 or ZL1. Why have two of almost same.

...well the Z28 is a track car and the ZL1 is a daily driver. Tell her you can't drive the Z28 every day!

Add a BOSS instead. That'll eliminate the 'ultimate Camaro' argument. :thumbup:

I really don't GARA, but for the sake of argument I did an innerweb search and don't see any heads-up comparos anwhere yet between the two.

Edit to say I didn't look beyond the first page of results...

Ummmm maybe because there aren't any specs out on the Z/28 yet?
