2013 camaro vs. TT 5.0 F150
 

I have a SS with 1.7/8 Headers no cats CAI and a ported TB. He has a single cab 5.0 twin turbod f-150 with "no tune" he says but it make 550 whp..... What y'all think it's tonight

I think you either misunderstood him or he's lying to you. They don't make a 5.0 TT F-150, so if it is truly a 5.0L then he would have to have a tune. If it is an Ecoboost then it is a TT 3.5L.

If he really makes 550 WHP then you will need more than you have to handle him.

There after market turbos it is a 5.0 tho we will see tho he usually runs drag radials but he is on street tires right know and it won't be from a dig it's a roll race

It would require a tune. I would think 550 WHP would be possible out of a 5.0L, and that thing would be a handful. He'll need those DRs unless it is a 4x4.:pound:

Sounds like he is either a hard core racer (never heard of a TT 5.0 in a F150) or he just doesn't know. As stated, the newer F150 comes in a TT echoboost V6. It produces a hell of a lot less than you. Are you sure he is not talking about the Raptor, although they have a N/A V8.

No I have pics but I don't know how to post them it's a single cab slammed 5.0 with 2 turbos under the truck it's aftermarket but someone had to have done it for him cause he doesn't know much about it it sounds like

Yep, show some pics if you can. See how things play out tonight. He could also have a Lightning. They are turbo'd with a 5.8 liter.

Lightning F150's arent turboed, they are supercharged.

My bad. Only few I have seen all had turbo's and looked stockish..

So last night we ran from a 40 and a 50 from a 40 he said he didn't build boost and I walked him.... From a 50 he built boost and we ran door to door till I grabbed 4th and put 2 lengths on him. He says he is havin issues with it and I agreed to do it again after he gets it right but I'll be cammed and gears by that time
