JBA Shorty Headers for Camaro LS3- HP Fact or Fiction

I am considering to purchase a set of shorty headers for my Camaro SS / LS3. I have been told that the "Fire Cone" technology JBA patented for their shorty headers will produce 19 horse and 21 additional pounds of torque. I live in California where the emissions are pretty tough fon us muscle guys (excuse me - and ladies) so I don't want ot modify the location of the cats. Next week I plan on going down toSoCal Tuning & Performance in Anaheim and having a Base-line Dyno on my LS3 to see what it will produce, then build upon the car incrementally with headers, then cat-back exhaust, then air induction and then finally a Magnacharger.

Who's purchased JBA shorty's and have had their car dynoed? Is the 19 HP a myth or do they indeed produce what they claim?:chevy:
