The Sessanta is based on the strong points of the Ultrac series and has been optimized even further to give very good steering and handling characteristics. Giugiaro Design has given the Ultrac Sessanta an innovation design, with a line pattern that clearly shows that performance comes first. The name Sessanta refers to the sixty years of Vredestein’s existence in Enschede. In tribute to Vredestein’s unique collaborative partnership with Giugiaro Design, “sixty” will be written in Italian: Sessanta.

Parametric design – from the drawing board to the shelf

The Ultrac Sessanta is designed parametically. This means that the tread construction, shape and contours are optimized for every size using mathematical formulae based on design parameters. Each size of the Ultrac Sessanta therefore offers maximum design quality.

I just went to an exotic car dealership literally 3 days ago and i ran into a guy who owned an 04' gallardo (and buying an MP4-12c at the time) and we started talking and I was looking at his tires and asked him what brand they were, he mentioned these and told me he would never buy another brand again because of how awesome these were... we talked more about their performance and tread pattern and what not too..

Strikes me interesting to see these on sale posted yesterday when i happened to do a search so i can save them for future reference, since my tires still have 50% tread left, i wanted these as my next tire... i also want to widen my rims to a 11" width from 9.5" so i can get 315's instead of making the jump from 275's to 285's

Truly amazing tires! I will be ordering these until something better comes along.. dont see that happening.. kicked the pants off of the Pirelli and Toyo tires that i ran before.
