Didn't read the thread past the first post......

I have yet to see C & D show up (or be invited) to a Camaro Team meeting........

Take what you hear on price with a grain of salt.

Even better than the $50,000 estimate!

Start saving your pennies. I am!

I read this earlier.... that is a pretty good price! I wonder what the base model would not have?

so now the decission. ? Do I stop modding mine now and buy the ZL1 or still mod and take a loss a year from now?

mpate16 02-10-2011 10:55 PM

my question is how Cand D knows this when they wouldnt say on the chat yesterday?

Mellish50 02-10-2011 10:56 PM

Are we sure this will be the price though? I would have though GM would announce the true price first?

Personally, the ZL1 is great and I can see why people would want to trade for the Z, however, the SS is a beast and can easily be turned into a Monster.
Its really personal, and that price is pretty good, I bet you well be getting raped on that up North.

as much as $47K sounds like to much... i guess its only around $10K more than a 2SS-RS... and with a part list you could not purchase in the aftermarket for the same amount....
i guess you could even consider this a value?

I would agree, LSA, suspension, beefed up tranny, upgraded interior, definitly is a value

I read this as well. We'll see what the final number looks like, but anywhere in this neighborhood is DAMNED good for what you're getting! 47k prob won't get you suede, but whodafakcares? :D

Maybe someday...

47 is right where it needs to be.

mpate16 02-10-2011 11:05 PM
