Team MRT engineered the new Camaro louver to be functional and durable, while maintaining beautiful design that you and your Camaro will love. The MRT Rear Window Louver completes the natural lines of the 2010-2012 Chevrolet Camaro without compromising the Camaro's rear window visibility. The curvature of each louver slat is designed to produce a tight, flowing look and an arc that complements the Camaro's rear window. In addition, each camaro louver slat features a smooth, seamless surface, free of distracting rivets and protruding hardware. The MRT Rear Window Louver for the 2010-2012 Camaro is sure to give your Camaro a legendary bad-boy look.

The MRT Camaro Rear Window Louver comes powder-coated satin black and ready to install. The Camaro louver may be painted to your taste, but the powder-coated black finish will look presentable on your 2010-2012 Camaro as-is. The MRT Camaro louver features a one piece all-aluminum design that is lightweight and durable. It is hinged to allow you to easily lift the Camaro louver for cleaning. The included MRT Prop Rod Kit makes handling the Camaro louver a one-person job.

The MRT Camaro Rear Window Louver requires no sheet metal drilling or modifications to your Camaro during installation of the louver. We have not heard any complaints of rattles. No issues with rubbing, maintenance is very easy, takes less than 5 minutes to remove. These louvers come powder-coated in satin black which is very durable.

What are they like at greater than 100 MPH? I had louvers on a 1992 Camaro and they sounded like they were going to rattle off the car! LOL

Haha! Truthfully, we have not tested but a few forum members may be able to help such as scrming, masa38b, or others in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=183842&page=2

Unfortunately this would not be compatible with the convertibles.

Hey guys, this is my car. I have had these louvers on my car for a year now. NO ISSUES AT ALL. This a great product IMO. I would buy them again. I have had no rattles or problems. At my highest speed to date of 135 mph they did perfect. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Not at all, its very sturdy with quick detach latches and prop rod so you can clean the window as easy as you normally would.

LIM3 02-10-2012 11:47 PM

what would you clean it with ? and what not to usse

The louver itself is black powder-coated. Very durable with easy maintenance, typical car wash soap is perfectly fine.

Takes only a minute to unhinge the louvers and then simply prop up w/ the included rod to wash the window.
