19" winter tires on ZL1
 

Try on this side of the forum;

255/40/19 winter tires mounted on rims. Can I run this size on my 2014 ZL1 without setting off alarms and screwing things up?

The tires/rims are off my 2012 CTSv and don't really feel like buying another set for the ZL1 and trying to sell the 19's locally...

Found the answer, rims will fit. Tire diameter must be within 3% of original diameter, so the tires are 285/40R/19 to match the summer ones.

If they are the same size from and back, then the computer will not know if it has tires that are too small because it is just looking for wheel speed differences. Your speedo will be off andyour odometer will log more kms than you actually travel, but probably worth it to save buying a new set.

Why not put them on and try it? You have nothing to lose.
