The raffle car already had like 30,000 miles on it if i recall correctly. Was going to make that one the wifes car if i won.

Thanks, appreciate you taking the time to put this together! Good info...

autoguy 01-08-2013 09:35 PM

Thanks Scott!! Now, I just need to see how many 2013 Blue Ray 6 Speed Convertibles have been built. Probably next year at this time until that list can be compiled accurately.

hypoxic 01-08-2013 09:50 PM

Thanks so much for this information. 1 of 26. Crystal Red Tint (GBE)/A6. Factory stripe too. I think this one will stay in the family!

Richy_Rich 01-08-2013 09:53 PM

Where are these 1 of 4 guys?!

OldJedi 01-08-2013 10:26 PM

Thanks Scott, one of 53 is pretty cool! I am glad that I did not get one of the 4 blue cars. Otherwise I might not drive it around as much as my Crystal Red car.

MIZL1 01-08-2013 10:29 PM

I wonder how many got the stripes, many were afraid of the grey early in the builds because no pics were available. Some of the lower factory Yellow or CRT's with factory stripes should make them a real low production.

Can't wait to see the entire breakdown some day.

armysig 01-08-2013 10:45 PM

Wait....Car number 69 was suppose to be Rick Hendricks car which was painted in Carbon Flash Mattalic. Did he back out on the color or is it just not getting reported.

bowtiefamily 01-08-2013 11:39 PM

Awesome job, thanks for your time and true dedication to us here.

GroundhogSS 01-08-2013 11:52 PM

Very cool to see those numbers. Thanks.

At the time I ordered my car it didnt show CRT as a ZL1 color. When they tried to order it, it was kicked back. Knowing there were other ones made my salesperson called somebody and was told it had to be done through something called a Quick Order, what ever that is. This might be why there isn't more of them. Guessing there might be a lot of 2013s, it is a really nice color.

Scott, i would just like to thank you for getting this info. I'm the one that had the VOIS from Canada with a different number. I called to order a new one with the right numbers and they couldn't have been nicer about sending me an up dated one free of charge. I spoke to a person named George, really nice guy. Thanks again

Great summary chart. You beat me to the punch !
But... you forgot to add the 1 manual Carbon Flash metallic GAR.

So the totals should be:
Manual MG9 1301
Auto MYD 671
total production 1972

was on constraint much of the 2012 build cycle.

WOW, 1 of 49 Inferno Orange Auto's. I wonder where VIN 172 is in the 49 that were built? Would be cool if it was the first or second orange auto built.

ZL1LEGEND 01-10-2013 02:29 AM

I have a stupid question, but I don't know so here goes.

If I have a 2013 and my vin is 00968 how are there 1971 2012s? Did they start building '13s before they stopped building '12s?

Or are the numbers sequential per year? I don't think so.

I was under the impression my number was 968 regardless of the year?

hairtrigger 01-10-2013 02:45 AM

2013 started over at 1

2012 ZL1#1658 01-10-2013 08:03 AM

Your car is #968 of the 2013's. If you look at your full VIN, the tenth digit is the model year indicator. Your car will have a D indicating 2013. All of the 2012's had a C in this position.
