TA Depot just sent me a photo of the new style rear they are using going forward. My car will be one of the first to get it. Looks nice and seamless. (The graphics are Photoshopped.) *This is not my vehicle, just the car they used to mock up the new rear fascia.

Hmmm... FWIW, I like this better than the 14 refresh! :-)

Car is looking great. If this is the Trans Am Depot that is in Tallahassee Fl I don't live far from them and have seen a few of their cars. I actually saw a white one this weekend with the T-tops and all and loved it. I have never been to their shop but it looks like they do great work.

Wow, go and check out my car. You will have seen it before me,

Me Likey!!

That looks nice.

If the T-Tops are already in, it must be getting close.

sbindley 04-24-2013 08:32 AM

That's not my car, just the mock up car for the new rear end. T-tops have not started yet on mine. Interior is completed and exterior pieces are finishing up in paint -- still have lighting, wiring, etc. Hoping they can get started on the new t-top system soon. Still have suspension system, exhaust as well. Wheels are in, can't wait to see those 20x11 rear snowflakes.

Did you get a manual or automatic to build?

sbindley 04-24-2013 09:19 AM

Manual, 2SS, Black with Mojave leather. All performance upgrades will be done here in Phoenix at Cordes Performance -- intake, headers, cats, exhaust, baby cam and dyno tune. 500+ flywheel and we're good to go.

I wish I had the guts to do something like this.

UPDATE - I guess the body is now out of paint and is being buffed. Assembly should start later this week or early next. T-tops still a few weeks out. Below is a peek at the headrests.
