22" 1300.00 a wheel

Any standard finish brush center , gloss black center , matte black.
and shipping was a 150.00.

chrisinlittlerock 05-01-2009 01:42 PM

Wow I really don't like those.

The rims on the renderings can not be to scale with the car. It looks like those are 24" which are too big.

22" will look nice. If you look at the GMPP 21" rims they look smallish, so those pics are misleading.

22" will look marginally bigger...

Yeah I think they are scaled much closer to 22's in the first pic over the second. They are way to big in the second pic!

I don't think the first pic in the original post is to scale... not even close.

I'm getting 22" rims and I know they will be more subtle than the ones above. I don't want anything too flashy.

Did you or can you get the weights on those diameters in 9" and 10" widths? If you look in the wheels section under the 22" thread I posted sizes, weights, and prices for HRE's, $ a bit more than the 360 forged. If you can get weights we should start a thread of wheel manufactures sizes and weights along with cost, this should be kept to custom/forged 2 and 3 piece wheels.

Thanks,
Jon

This is a sports car people...don't you want a little rubber under the wheels? The car will not only feel like crap while you're driving, but it won't perform as well either with those paper thin tires. I'm out on anything bigger than 20's.

Not really true. If you find a wheel and tire combo thats lighter than what the factory offers and you have a lower profile tire you will have less sidewall flex, and beable to use the suspension possibly better than with the factory setup.

The first picture its got a set of 21" GM Accessory wheels. How could they be scaled closer to 22s if they are 21s? :iono:

The OP's pictures are WAY too big to be 22s. More like 24s. Maybe someone could re-PS it to be more accurate. :D
