Subthump install need HELP!!!!

I ordered the larger sub box to fit my JL 12" and also got the amp rack along with recommended amp and the install kit. I hooked everything up as directed in instructions and I have nothing. I have power to the amp as power light is on but there is nothing at the sub. I am lost and don't know enough about this to even guess. I figured with as easy as the directions were laid out and I went over every step twice to make sure everything was correct but it doesn't work. Any ideas from guys who have done this install? Steve hopefully you will catch this and can lead me in the right direction.

Is your polarity correct from the amp to your sub????

Is the gain turned down all the way on the PAC???? On the Amp??

Did you connect the correct beige wire when hooking up the PAC as there are two beige wires???

Something to start with!!

You should just give Steve a call...He can probably walk you through troubleshooting whatever the problem may be. I haven't set mine up yet so hopefully i don't run into any problems. Good luck!!

Amps ship from the factory with gains at zero and would explain no sound. Also make sure the rca is feeding into the input jacks and not the slave jacks on the amp. And verify the sub is wired and hooked up correctly and that the amp is not in protect mode. I have some more ideas beyond that. PM me if you need further assistance.

Yup, same to me! Make sure it's set to LP - for Sub only, then slowly turn up the different dials. It's probably cutting out all the low frequencies! I had many and e-mail with Steve who helped me to get it all working!
