Yea. There are plenty of car people around but no one wants or try's to meet. Most like the idea but never show up. I'd say turbo if you haven't done to much to the car yet.

Hi ... just got my 2010 about 3 weeks ago, so new to the 'club'.

I'm just south of Myrtle here - in Murrells Inlet. See tons of Camaros now up and down 17. Feel honored to be a part of the group and try to give a wave if I see a fellow owner :)

Are there ever any meets for owners here?

Congrats on the purchase. If you got a v8 I will have a K&N polished intake for sale next weekend if interested. There are some car meets around but nothing that is camaro specific. There is a car meet for a club called domestic disturbance which has camaros in it this saturday at the Sonic on Hwy 17 N, North Myrtle Beach at 8pm.

We meet up and cruise around Alot and have a few meets. And we are a mix but there is one Fif gen and three or four 4th gens and a few vettes. There is a local page specifically for myrtle beach if anyone is interested in it or coming on some cruises and meeting up shoot me a pm

Local forum is having a meet this Saturday the 31st at 7pm. Either Buffalo wild wings or cookout in Carolina forest if anyone is interested. Shoot me a pm depending on how many cars are gna make it will determine where we will meet

Heading back to boston tonight been staying in surfside since Monday I think I probably saw more 5th gens in a week here then I do all summer back home it sure was awesome to see them. I wish I could bring mine down here sometime.

New to the site. Located in Myrtle Beach, carolina forest area. Anyone of you guys in MB going to NOPI Nationals car show?

Didnt know what that was..but just looked it up.. Very interesting..but mines not dressed up enough right now for that type show..lol..im just now starting to do some things..But i will tell you theres some local car shows just about every Saturday now through august..vintage cars and newer cars if youre in the Myrtle Beach area. Sun News listed them. This Saturday it will be at Creek Ratz in Murrells Inlet..11-2.. Register with dj..Cecil Chandler..its no particular car club..ill be there with my 2014 Camaro RS. We have a friend with a vintage car. And i know of another who brings a limited edition camaro..i joined the club out of charlotte nc.. 5th gen camaro club..im also going to KY in August. MB has a show in March..a huge show at old mall location..i have numbers for forms if anyone wants to participate in that..

I won't be competing just wanted to maybe set something to have a MB 5th gen meet and greet in the near future. I will be at the car show just to enjoy the festivities.

Not sure if anyone is looking to buy a awesome house close to myrtle beach or not, but my Dad has had his house on the market for over a year now. Can't beat the price for a fully restored Victorian style house and 45 mins outside myrtle beach.

Wyman..not sure what you are looking for but i got mine from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet..great guy over there..steve ryan..he found mine in Ga. I was looking for the black with tan top RS and he went all over and found that for me.we also have a beautiful green silverado..they are great people there.. Ive bought a caddy from them.. But traded the caddy for the Cam..

Joe..id be up for any meet for camaros in the area if we can get some people together.. There are at least 2 maybe 3 people in my development that have 5th gen.

Taking a drive up this Saturday, was thinking of checking out the NOPI Nationals show.
