I know this is a car site, however were i live in MD i can't find .40 ammo ANYWHERE and don't like buying from online retailers. If anyone has any extra laying around they don't want, PM me.

Give it a few months and the market will be flooded with ammo. All these hoarders will eventually stop buying.

I just bought a .45, I do have some ammo but will not pay the inflated prices...

Walmart is always the best place to get it, wait until things cool off if they don't have the caliber you are looking for.

I was looking at rounds for my mosin nagant today......$30 for 7.62x54! This has gone stupid for sure. On that note, do you have Academy sport? They usually have some but they will limit your amount of boxes.

Oh walmart is amazing, however i live in Maryland, there are only two walmarts near me that sell ammo. Last summer i saw all this coming and stocked up, i used to buy them out of .40 when i'd go in. I was able to stock quite a bit.

however i believe to stay proficient, i need to stay at the range. I go about once a week and put a box through her. The issue is i cant replace what i'e been using. So i've scaled back to once a month. I figured i give it a shot on here lol!

You will never have enough. Kinda like pennies, nickles and dimes. LOL Agreed, it'll come down soon....watch .

I have tons. Its not for sale. I don't even own a .40.
