HEY! i have new mufflers on order! and ya i do want to get quieter mufflers; cop pulled next 2 me @ 7-11 and said he almost pulled me over because of how loud it was.....close enough to a ticket for me!

Well i had it tuned @ newtech the first time and i was running lean at a little over 13, we werent sure why it spiked at 5k rpms, but it might have been due to the cog drive??? Mike @ GDP started dropping. second time was 12.5 and amazingly there was no detonation. dropped it down to 11.5 to make it safe and still retained most of the power i was looking for. the 586/585 pull was with heat soak (probably 4th or 5th pull). Mike was really informative and let me know what he was doing. I actually understand whats going on now with the tune! My last tune @ Newtech was 561/515. I was hoping for 600+hp, but i picked up a TON OF TORQUE instead.....and still pretty safe. no clue what kind of boost im running, but im installing my gauges in a couple weeks.

Guess i have no choice but to go with meth if i want to hit 600!

Cool man glad you got it all sorted. Those numbers on california crap gas is great. I know how the heatsoak hits on the maggie and it can kill your dyno number. With meth you will be over 600 consistently. If you end up going with a meth kit shoot me a pm and I can give you my 2 cents about stuff I wish I knew when I bought my kit. I have BC Coilovers coming this week, along with a meth kit that my shop picked out. Also found out my prototype hood from RKSport will be in this week. Also ordered new brake pads and lines. a Seibon CF trunk is on its way, hopefully installed by CFII. Also have a custome ace steering wheel that should be ready to install by CFII

Meth Kit and Brake Pads came in today. Cars getting detailed with Mindz today and I get to pick it up after work and getting dropped off @ Blu808. Plan on getting it tuned Wed night; should hit 600hp this time! (almost there lol). Planning on getting the coilovers today and maybe on before i leave for the Fest. I'll post some pics of my car when I pick it up! :happyanim:
