Alright guys and gals after enough interest we have decided to have a meet and greet for Chicago area 5th gen. owners on Saturday, October 3 at 12:30 p.m. at Strats Drive-in in Villa Park. For those not familiar with Strats it's an old style fast food spot that has a lot of history with the Chicago car scene. It's located at 231 E. North Ave. Villa Park, IL. This seems to be a centraly located spot with easy acesss to expressways. A map is located below. They have a large parking lot and everyone can grab a bite to eat. Hopefully we can get to know each other, put some faces to screen names and get Chicago5thgen rolling with future meets. Hope to see you there. I will up date the list as people confirm, please spread the word.

I'm getting married the next day but I will try to be there. I am assuming my car will be back from Lingenfelter by then.

Pencil me in. Have to come up with a game plan to convince my wife. Anniversary is the 2nd, probably not what she had in mind. Probably have to let her drive!

ill be there supposed to have my camaro in 2 to 3 weeks.

Sounds like fun. Would love to attend however my wife and I will be at Eastern Illinois University for Parents weekend. Perhaps we can make the next outing!
