AutoAgenda Feedback
Anyone have any recent feedback on AutoAgenda? I placed an order last Thursday and received a receipt but no shipping or tracking information. I have reached out to them twice but have not heard anything back. I noticed their post have all expired on the vendor classified forms and am wounding what's up. I also tried to PM them but their box is full.

I dealt with them in the past and they are very good. My guess is they may have went away for the Holiday week, but this is only a guess as it looks like they have not been active since 8/23.
And I looked at their postings; you're right they are invalid but that probably due to them not being on and not paying their monthly dues to be a sponsor. I'm hoping that's all it is as I really like dealing with AA |
I didnt have any issues when ordering from them, but now I have an issue with one of the products and they have completely blown me off for the last 4 weeks...

Were you able to get in contact when them after placing your order? Also, how long was it before you received tracking information and your order? I have called about 6 times now and left a message. I sent an e-mail via their website and one as a reply to the original order acknowledgement but still have not heard anything back.

Finally received tracking information today so we will see what happens.

Well I received my order yesterday but one of the parts was not in the box. I have reached out to AutoAgenda via the contact e-mail on their website and we will see what happens.

Let me know if you hear from them. They have ignored me for 6 week now, 6 emails, 5 PMs, 3 phone calls (hung up on twice). Seibon, the manufacturer told me I must contact AutoAgenda directly, but now they (seibon) is ignoring me too.

Still no reply from them, seeing as the item I did not receive was a "Free" item I don't know what options I really have. Given that it was the reason I went with them versus another company I feel I have a case but I don't know if my credit card company is going to see it that way.
