Eagle Eye Problem

ever since i put my eagle eyes in i have had problem with them. the lights (not the halos) will not even come on sometimes it just does it randomly. i dont understand why they do this. the person i bought them from on here said they were fine but im kinda getting frustrated and thinking bout just takin them out if i cant get them to act right. they have the hid set up in them as well but i bought them from him like that. any help would be appreciated cuz i rly wnt to keep them cuz they just look so nice when they actually work for me... :mad0259:

Sounds like either a bad ground or your ballasts are going bad.

Its the ballasts, they where used as the DRL's and they dont last long that way.

I also think it could be a bad ground iv had that problem with my aftermarket HID lights

so how much $ and work would it be to change the ballasts?

Ballast...I have Eagle Eyes, and have replace both ballasts, bulbs, and wiring harnesses. The problem is the ECM, I believe doesn't recognize the power of the HID/projector.

Ballast roughly $40, easy to change out. Just disconnect old one, snap in the new one.

Ballasts are SenLite. Got them from a local shop here in Oceanside (Pro Customs). Bulbs are H9 8000K, got them on Amazon. The wiring harnesses also came from Pro Custom.
