Creaking Drivers Seat

Over the past few hundred miles or so, I have noticed that my seat has developed a creak that seems to be coming from the lower cushion. Not a serious issue obviously, but its annoying as hell. Anybody else have this problem? I'm inclined to have my dealer look at it the next time its in.

I just noticed the same thing in mine within the past few days...

Try bumping it forward just a tad bit... I have that too when it's FULL back at the stops.

Same problem here.

Guys, I'm swinging by my dealer on Friday for a free oil change, and the service dept has a heads up that I want them to look at it because I find it unacceptable in a car that is 2 months old. It has actually gotten progressively worse for me, and it does it in all positions. I'll post back here and let you know what they do for me.

Yep i have the same issue, i didnt do anything and it went away on its own. Its probally just new seats breaking in or something.

Sounds like they really put the retro into this baby. My old trans am does the samething. I was hoping to get away from that with the new camaro. Oh well, I'll just turn up the radio or gett louder pipes.

My driver's seat was creaking about an hour after I left Taco Bell, but I'm pretty sure GM won't cover that. :sm0:

LOL, i haven't had either creaking issues in my car yet. Trying not to do the second creaking yet. Usually try to make it 3 months before pumping one in the seat.

I've had my seat creak but htought nothing of it at first.. Now it may drive me nuts..lol... Actually this is not a concern for me unless it gets worse... The faulty transmissions are my biggest concern.
