There are a ton of people that have them...
I do... Live in FL so hot and humid and rain yes.. not much dust in my area but it has a huge filter so i imagine as long as you clean i regularly you would be good...

You shoupd be ok. It has a filter like any other induction system to catch the dust. You will probably have to clean it more oftern. As far as water the way the system is designed it really picks up little if any rain.

Yes, we have the same weather where i live and the temp in the summer gets to 50+ c and rain at the end of the day, works vary good for 2+ years.

thanks guys!

do you know any good websites where i can buy one for a nice price and ship overseas?

i currently have xpipes, american racing headers and GM performance catback.
I currently have a K&N Filter, how much more horse power will the new filter give me?

Thanks for all the help.

When leaning the filter, I ran water straight into it from the kitchen faucet. I was very surprised to see no water got through the filter. It works like a charm.

I think the Vararam website would probably be your best bet for ordering. Their website is http://vararam.com/

They claim 20-30 horsepower increases.

I have one and like it alot. The throttle response is better.

Vararam is a industry leader and what the others said should put an exclaimation on the deal.............On a side bar. Digging those red graphic's on your awesome SW ride.

You can usually get a better price from a vendor on most any mod. Shop around, most sell for a lot less than MSRP.

I just installed mine tonight with Ted's tune. I had some issues getting the sleeve on the throttle body and the intake to line up perfectly. When you get on it a beast growls under the hood. Anyone have pictures of how it should look? Did you use bolts to secure the intake?

Haha, we don't just get a "little dust" here...it's like "OMG, THERE'S A DUST STORM AND THE SUN IS GONE!".

Your sig narrows down that either you are next to lake Mead, Havasu, or Powell, cause those are the 3 lakes here in AZ :)
