Hello folks, thought I would post this to the site.

We have started a British Columbia Camaro Club and officially launched in January of this year. For those members interested we have a monthly meeting the first Wednesday of each month at the Shark Club in Richmond.

Hey Guys. This is a great group. I have been a part of them for a month. We need more gen 5 owners in the club so we can get the olds guys off their favorite number of "69"

$30 to join? I'll pass.

Completely understand your concern with the cost, think of it this way...this would roughly be 4 trips to Starbucks but you could only get coffee and no car talk...all kidding aside, there is no cost to attend a meeting and in most cases our cruises are open to all. Come out and see for yourself as you might change your mind. I assure you this is not a money making venture for any of us as we all have full time jobs, we are even registered as a non profit society and NONE of our Executive board or members are paid a penny. Just love these cars and wanted to bring a club back into BC as we have had no presence for almost 10 years. Hope you and others take me up on the offer and come to a club meeting, the bonus is .25 wings on Wednesday nights. :headbang:

There is not cost to hang out with the guys or the cruizes to white rock or other trips. The membership is only to cover cost of the website and shows they put on:first:. Its a good group of guys. The next meeting is May 1.

I am thinking of getting headers/ cat back, axle back, and CAI done soon with a trifecta tune!

Would be saving still after joining! :D

I wouldn't mind hooking for the odd cruise here and there, but I'm out in the valley, long ways to go for a meeting. Post up some of your cruise dates and will see if we can get a few 5th Gens to come out.

Sounds great, nothing like all Gens of Camaros cruising. Our next planned cruise is Sunday May 5th, still determine the route and after the cruise we are doing lunch and then going to view a private collection of cars in Richmond (Ratsoy Auto Museum). If the weather is bad, then we are going for lunch and then to view the collection. Either way the collection will get looked at as lots of time went into planning this as this gentleman does not open his doors much anymore, 4 months, tons of emails and a few calls later we are in...the number will be capped at 100 attendees and if you are interested please PM or email (restore-z28@shaw...remove this space...ca) me to reserve your spot. Please do not email me say you are in with 3 other friends and then don't show :thumbdown:...we have spots left but they are going fast.

For those that want to attend the next club meeting is Wednesday May 1st, details above.
