Anyone try the Summit lowering springs yet?

I have zero personal experience with lowering springs on 5th gen Camaros, however, I would choose springs from a reputable suspension company. Some examples are Pfadt, BMR, Hotchkis, etc. I'd trust a specialized suspension company more than Summit.
I have nothing against Summit parts. I've used their parts on cars before and they were fine. I just think suspension parts are important enough to not use a "discount" brand though.

One thing to keep in mind is even though it may be Summit's brand, it's typically manufactured by a reputable company with high quality standards. So just because it's "discount" doesn't mean it's crap.

I saw those springs too but there are so many reputable companies that have great response here on the forums that I decided to $30-$50 wasn't big enough of a difference for me to take a chance, I went with BMRs and the guys on the forums here have been great and helped me a lot. Good luck with them and let's us know how they turn out!

Well from what I hear they are made by Eibach (same spring rates as their Pro kit and was told by CS rep that they were made by one of the other companies whose products they sell; Eibach being the only one they sell for 5th gens), so I don't really feel like they will be any less effective. I am going to read up a bit more on this "bushing timing" thing before I tackle them. I've never done that before but I suppose it makes sense.
