No More Gold Wart - Red Bowtie
6 Attachment(s)
From the moment I saw the first production car I thought the gold bowtie looked like a wart on the front of the car. The first blacked out units showed me the solution and I immediately planned to paint mine red. Tran has of course gone with a bright blue and I have since seen red on a black SS with red stripes.
But for those with a Victory Red who may have considered a red bowtie here's what it would like. I have taken it a step further and have matching red bowties on the wheels and floor mats. BTW I've also added the GMPP exhaust |

that looks fantastic. |

Looks 1,000% better!!! |
so did you get the body shop to remove the bowties and paint them vic red? just wondering how you go about doing this...
|
Thanks for positive comments. Just used the dealership touch up guy. He was able to do it without removing the badges.

Nice!
Now where are the sound clips for the GMPP exhaust???:paddle: |
How much did the dealer charge to do the touch up paint application to both the bow ties? I would like mine to be done, but it is in black... Just wondering what kind of money I should be looking at and expecting to pay...
Thanks!!! |
Looks great man. The gold looks ok on mine since it is a yellow car. But that really looks good on yours.

What color are those gray mats to go with your gray interior?
