Wow..a 3-4 thousand unit drop month to month?

I will be curious to see how the Pony and Challenger did. If they did just as poorly then may indicate a new automotive market trend starting?

I wonder what is up with the decline in deliveries for the past 3 months! Looks like October deliveries were the lowest since May '09. I wonder if some people are waiting for the convertable or Z-28!

I do not regret my decision to buy a V8 camaro. Although it was something to think about regarding the 5.0 poopstang being faster and getting better MPG. I put premium in my 2SS and I wonder if the mustang requires premium?

One downfall about owning a Camaro is having to carry 2x4 in trunk to fend off ladies! :sm0:

A lot of people also wouldn't want to drive their new Camaro in the snow. If it is a weekend car then there is no point in getting one now unless you live in a warmer climate. No chance to drive the thing!

ViperTomcat 11-03-2010 11:56 AM

Hm..so I guess it is just the Camaro.

I'm not liking that one year downward trend for the Comaro compared to the upward trend for Mustang and Challenger.

I'm sure the impending arrival of the 'vert is contributing to the weaker sales..but I doubt it would account for that big of a drop. The drop due to the Z28 I suspect is very small owing to the fact that it is still, at minimum, 14 months away from being able to purchase, if not 18 months.

Why is production so low for September and October?

Sounds like the PERFECT time to release a Camaro commercial! :headbang:
