2013 Camaro Refresh ?

Can anyone from GM honestly tell us if the 2013 Camaro has any sort of front end and/or back end refresh?

StangKiller-SS 04-25-2012 05:16 PM

I would highly doubt it. Usually you don't see those types of refreshment's until year #5 or 6. Mainly manufacturer's just do little things like interior updates though they did that for 2012, otherwise you'd probably only see adjustments to exterior & interior color palettes.

Honestly if GM was smart, they wont try to redesign a part of this masterpiece a.k.a 5th Gen Camaro, this car is doing so well for them...my 2010 LT is going on 2 1/2 years and I still get compliments from other people

None of the exterior is being redesigned for the 2013 MY

New wheel designs for models with 18" and 20" wheels?

They are still selling like hot cakes even with the economy down and gas at $4 a gallon. They have not need to refresh it. If sales slow, maybe.

If it does....chances are they're not going to tell us. :(

Id like to see the euro taillights that are DOT approved.

It is possible with rpo code npp dual mode exhaust option on 1&2 ss models with A6 manual will have a slighly different rear diffuser that has 2 tips per side like ZL1 for a real cool look?

Maybe LED (after-burner) tail lights? :iono: Ford did some fancy tail light treatments on thier latest re-fresh.

Depends on what the life cycle is for the car. If they plan on keeping it without a full redesign for roughly a decade, then yeah they'll give it a refresh at about the 5 year mark. But if its only supposed to have say 6 model years, then they'll usually just skip the refresh all together.
