Tuning in SC/NC/GA?

Any recommendation for LS tuners in SC? I'd be willing to travel to NC or GA possibly. I'm not happy with the tune in my SS, too much cam surge among other issues. I'm not looking for a dyno tune, I want a good street tune that will improve the car's drive-ability. The cam is only 231/236 113LSA and it drives like it has some monster cam in it....
